You make an enquiry call to Studio S and then what…? Have you ever wondered what the journey as a client feels like before you book?
Well here is how it usually goes. I answer and we go through a series of questions and a conversation that digs a bit deeper into your brand , questions like “give me three words that describe the look and feel of your brand” or “what does your ideal client look like and what do you want their experience with you to feel like?”. These may seem like weird questions for a photographer to ask you but each of these helps us think of shots that resonate on a subliminal level with your ideal client. During the call we talk about the whole process of working with Studio S and if you like what you hear we pencil in a date that works for you and get to the next step.
We send out our contract for you to peruse ahead of time and an invoice for the non-refundable session fee. We will also start a pinterest board to start collating ideas for the shoot - this is a collaborative effort between you and me. I will also make an introduction to our stylist who will make a separate zoom appointment with you to discuss wardrobe. From one week prior to the shoot, you will receive emails reminding you things to do and keep in mind - such as maybe use this as an excuse to get a facial and get your nails done, and a reminder the day before about your shoot and to get your wardrobe steamed and ready for the next day. In the middle of all this if you still have doubts, questions or clarifications - I am always just a phone call away.
On the day of, you arrive, settle in and meet the Hair and Make up professional on our team and she gets to work while you drink a beverage and snack and relax. Once you are dressed for the first shot, we crank up the music and the calisthenics begin - I kid! I will start posing you in ways that can sometimes feel super weird but make for the best photos. You know those photos of people laughing in their pictures….usually its because they just did a pose that made no sense!! Usually when i say we are done for the day, people are surprised that 4 hours have gone by. We say our goodbyes and make a date to meet in two weeks for your reveal.
And two weeks later….you get to see your beautiful, edited photos for the first time and place your order for the photos you want the most. I won’t judge if you want them all. I want you to have the best Personal Branding Client Experience you can have at our studio.
