We also offer subscription packages (4-6 sessions per year) for clients who need fresh content quarterly.

Our studio is in Needham, Massachusetts, centrally located in MetroWest Boston. We serve clients throughout the greater Boston area including Wellesley, Newton, Natick, Brookline, Framingham, Weston, Dover, and surrounding communities.

What should I wear for my personal branding session?

Our professional stylist will work with you to select outfits that align with your brand, industry, and the message you want to convey. We'll plan 3-5 complete looks that work across different contexts (formal, casual, in-action, etc.).

How long does a personal branding session take?

Full branding sessions are 4-6 hours, allowing time for hair and makeup, multiple outfit changes, various setups and locations (in-studio and/or on-location), and different scenarios that tell your complete professional story.

Can we shoot at my office or business location?

Yes. Many clients prefer a mix of studio shots and on-location images at their office, workspace, or business. This helps show you in your element and gives your photos added authenticity and context.

What's included in subscription packages?

Subscription packages include 4-6 full photography sessions per year (quarterly or bi-monthly), ongoing strategic planning, wardrobe styling for each session, hair and makeup, professional editing, commercial use license, and 45-65 images per session. This ensures you always have fresh, current content.

When will I see my photos?

Two weeks after your session, we'll meet for a private reveal where you'll see all your professionally edited images and select your favorites for your final collection.

Do I get the rights to use my photos commercially?

Yes. All personal branding photography packages include a commercial use license, so you can use your images on your website, social media, marketing materials, advertising, and promotional content without restrictions.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance for individual sessions, and 8-10 weeks for subscription packages to allow time for strategic planning and coordination.

Headshot Mini is a shared studio day — you book one of a limited number of spots on a set date, alongside a small group of other clients. It's a 30-minute session with 2 outfit changes, 3 edited images, hair & makeup, and full styling and posing support. It's built for anyone who needs a great, current headshot without needing to build out an entire personal brand around it.

An individual headshot session is still just that — a headshot session, not a full personal branding experience. What changes is the scale: more time behind the camera, more attention on you specifically since it's not a shared studio day and is set on a date that is more convenient to you , more looks to work through, and more images to choose from at the end. A whole lot more of individual attention for someone who needs more than just a quick update but not quiet a branding session.
