We've officially moved! Studio S Portraits has a brand-new space in the heart of Needham, Massachusetts, and honestly? We're beyond excited to show you what we've created.

If you've been to our previous location in Southborough, you know that Studio S has never felt like a traditional photography studio. We've always been about creating a space that feels more like walking into your coolest friend's living room — where you can kick off your shoes, turn up the music, laugh until your face hurts, and just be yourself. Our new Needham location takes that ethos to the next level.

Our new studio is located at 20 Chestnut Street, Needham, MA — right in the middle of town, making it incredibly convenient whether you're coming from Boston, MetroWest, Worcester County, or anywhere in Central Massachusetts.

Public Parking Right Next Door: There's a public parking lot literally adjacent to our studio. No circling the block, no stress, no hunting for a spot. Just pull in, park, and you're here.

3-Minute Walk from Needham Center Commuter Rail: Taking the train? Our studio is a quick, easy walk from the Needham Center commuter rail station. If you're coming from Boston or the surrounding areas, this makes getting to your session effortless.

Central Needham Location: We're surrounded by fantastic cafes, restaurants, and shops. Want to grab a coffee before your session? Need to celebrate with lunch after? You're steps away from some of the best spots in town.

The first thing you'll notice when you walk into our new space? Light. So much natural light.

This studio is flooded with gorgeous, soft light that makes everyone look and feel their best. Whether we're shooting professional headshots for your LinkedIn, creating personal branding photography for your business, or capturing maternity portraits that celebrate this incredible season of your life, the light in this space is magic.

But beyond the technical stuff, this studio still feels like Studio S.

A Separate Hair and Makeup Area

One of the things I'm most excited about in this new space is our dedicated hair and makeup area. This is where you'll get pampered by our glam squad before your session, and it's set up to make sure you feel completely taken care of.

You're not getting your hair done in a cramped corner. You're not doing your makeup in a bathroom mirror. You have your own space to transform, relax, and get ready to step in front of the camera feeling like an absolute powerhouse.

Private Changing Area

We also have a separate, private area for wardrobe changes. Whether you're switching between business looks for a personal branding session, trying on different outfits for a portrait experience, or changing into that gorgeous maternity gown, you have a comfortable, private space to do it.
